The present work aims to demonstrate the process of a bibliographical research, where it aims to get the solution of the problem posed, about the correct application of the new technological resources, which are influential in students learning English as a second language, the teaching of English in the Ecuador has become through history in a primordial entity, where the teacher must have a suitable profile for the teaching of this language, as well as the knowledge of new developmental and technological resources and the application in the classroom and the interaction with students . As part of this bibliographic research is to compile and make a detailed analysis of its information on their interactive currently classes and its implementation of resources used in English classes and the acceptance from their students.
