Resumen:
Learning disabilities are disorders that affect the educational process, in basic elementary school it has been possible to identify dyslexia, dysgraphia, dysortography, dysphasia and dyscalculia. These problems interfere with the development of basic learning skills of the learning process. Therefore, this research is aimed at investigating the main characteristics of the five types of learning disabilities and to understand the influence it has on the learning capabilities of the students. This research is literature based, since it required a bibliographic review with a qualitative approach that lead to an inductive reasoning method. Which made it possible to demonstrate the characteristics and influence of the aforementioned problems as well as develop work techniques taking virtual schooling into consideration, to support teachers work with their students. The specific learning disabilities (SLD), interfere with the acquisition of oral and written language as well as mathematical calculation, which prevents the student from achieving a positive academic growth.

Las dificultades de aprendizaje, son trastornos que afectan el proceso educativo; en el área de básica elemental, se ha logrado identificar a la dislexia, disgrafía, disortografía, disfasia y discalculia. Problemas que impiden el desarrollo de asignaturas bases del proceso de aprendizaje. Por ello, la presente investigación se enmarca en analizar las características principales de los cinco tipos de dificultades y conocer la influencia que tienen en el desarrollo escolar de los educandos. La investigación versa en estudio documental, puesto que, ha requerido de la revisión bibliográfica de documentos; con un enfoque cualitativo que nos conlleve a aplicar el método inductivo. En efecto, esto ha permitido evidenciar las características e incidencia de los problemas antes mencionados y desarrollar técnicas de trabajo tomando en consideración la virtualidad, para ayudar al docente a trabajar con los estudiantes. Las DEA, influyen en la adquisición del lenguaje oral y escrito; así mismo en el cálculo matemático. Lo cual impide un desarrollo académico positivo del discente.
