Resumen:
Hoy en día, los países presentan dificultades en la forma de atender a la educación inclusiva para todos, en la que este enfoque ha ido ganando propiedad en el ambiente educativo y social, en la que esta se encamina a un fin de hacer un alto a la exclusión, discriminación, desigualdad educativa implicando innovaciones en el área del sistema educativo en cuanto a sus culturas, políticas y prácticas que de una u otra manera implican directamente a toda la comunidad. En realidad, de acuerdo al objeto de estudio, se observa en algunas instituciones que presentan insuficiencia en cuanto a la infraestructura, materiales didácticos, metodología para llegar al aprendizaje del estudiante y el mismo desconocimiento sobre la discapacidad, esto hace que ciertos docentes no traten de forma correcta a sus estudiantes que presentan en sí cierta discapacidad. Por ello es importante realizar un ajuste en cada falencia que presentan las instituciones, más aún al grupo de recursos humanos que es el eje principal en llevar adelante a estos estudiantes en cuanto a su aprendizaje y desarrollo personal.

Today, the countries have difficulties in how to deal with inclusive education for all, in which this approach has been gaining property in the educational and social environment, where this is headed for an order to a halt exclusion, discrimination, inequality involving educational innovations in the area of the education system in their cultures, policies and practices that in one way or another directly involve the whole community. In fact, according to the study object, seen in some institutions that have impairment in terms of infrastructure, teaching materials, methodology to reach the student learning and the same ignorance about disability, it makes some teachers do not try to correct way their students who have some disability itself. It is therefore important to make an adjustment in every shortcoming that present institutions, further the group human resources is the main focus in carrying out these students in their learning and personal development.
