Resumen:
Este trabajo de investigación se aplicó para determinar la incidencia que tienen el bullying en el desempeño académico de los estudiantes del 8vo, 9no y 10mo grado de Educación Básica del Colegio de Bachillerato “Arenillas”, analizando desde la perspectiva del comportamiento de los educandos, el accionar de los docentes ante este tipo de problemas y la atención que los padres dan a sus hijos, con la perspectiva de elaborar un manual de convivencia escolar dirigida a estudiantes, docentes y padres de familia de la institución con el fin de mejorar la calidad de la educación, atención y desempeño de los estudiantes. Se realizaron algunas actividades como son revisión bibliográfica de la información científica, entrevista a docentes y encuesta a estudiantes y padres de familia, instrumentos investigativos que sirvieron para elaborar los cuadros y gráficos estadísticos que permitieron obtener la siguiente conclusión general.

This research was applied to determine the impact that bullying has on academic performance of students in the 8th, 9th and 10th year of Basic Education College School "Arenillas" from the perspective of analyzing behavior of students, the actions teachers with such problems and attention that parents give their children, with the prospect of developing a school Coexistence Manual for students, teachers and parents of the institution in order to improve the quality of education, care and student performance.
