Abstract
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo principal realizar un Análisis, diseño e implementación de un Sistema Help-Desk para la universidad Técnica de Machala, utilizando la metodología Msf; y así mejorar la forma de atender los problemas de hardware y software que acontecen a diario a los diferentes tipos de usuarios.

This paper's main objective is performing an analysis, design and implementation of a help desk system to the Technical University of Machala, using the methodology Msf; and thus improve the way of addressing the problems of hardware and software that occur daily to different types of users.
