Abstract
El presente informe corresponde a la elaboración de una propuesta gerencial de articulación de las funciones administrativas en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del Cantón Machala, con el fin de promover la dinamización de las actividades administrativas que converjan a elevar la calidad en la prestación de los servicios a los usuarios de la municipalidad.
Description
This report covers the development of a management proposal to coordinate administrative functions in Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Canton Machala, in order to promote the revitalization of the administrative activities that converge to increase the quality of the provision of services users of the municipality.
