Abstract
En la actualidad la globalización de mercado plantea nuevos desafíos en cuanto a los procesos y servicios logísticos sean de calidad con alto nivel competitivo para satisfacer las necesidades de las empresas exportadoras, es por ello que es necesario utilizar señalización en el embalaje y paletización de acuerdo a la simbología universal, evitando así la mala manipulación de la mercancía que representaría perdidas económicas. En el presente trabajo se realizó un análisis sobre la importancia que tiene la señalización con la copa de cristal en el embalaje de productos frágiles que tienen como destino el mercado Chino, siendo necesario establecer clausulas claras en cuanto a la responsabilidad en el manejo de la mercancía.
Description
At present, the globalization of markets presents new challenges in terms of the processes and logistics services are of high quality with competitive high level to meet the needs of the exporting companies, that is why is it necessary to use signalling in the packaging and palletising according to the universal symbology, thereby avoiding the handling of the goods that represent economic losses. In the present work was carried out an analysis on the importance of signaling with the glass in the packaging of fragile products that target the Chinese market, being necessary to establish clear clauses with regard to accountability in the management of the goods.
