dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de titulación, tiene como objeto de estudio, el análisis del caso sobre tenencia de menores realizado en esta ciudad de Machala, planteado por el progenitor de los menores en contra de la madre de los mismos. Para el desarrollo de nuestro estudio del caso, utilizamos como teorías de referencia los criterios de varios autores especialistas en el tema, entre los cuales tenemos los siguientes, Dr. Rafael Sajón, Joel Jiménez García, Laura Salinas Beristaín y la Doctrina de Protección Integral de la Niñez.es_ES
