Abstract
El presente trabajo de titulación, tiene como objeto de estudio, el análisis del caso sobre tenencia de menores realizado en esta ciudad de Machala, planteado por el progenitor de los menores en contra de la madre de los mismos. Para el desarrollo de nuestro estudio del caso, utilizamos como teorías de referencia los criterios de varios autores especialistas en el tema, entre los cuales tenemos los siguientes, Dr. Rafael Sajón, Joel Jiménez García, Laura Salinas Beristaín y la Doctrina de Protección Integral de la Niñez.
Description
The present qualifications work, it has like study target, the analysis of the case on minors tenancy realized in the city of Machala, raised by the progenitor of the minors against the mother of the mother of the asme ones. For the development of our study of thecase, we use the criteria of several authors as reference theories specialists in the topic, between whomwe emphasize the following ones, Dr. Rafael Sajon, Joel Francisco Jimenez Garcia, Laura Salinas Beristain, and the doctrine of integral protection of the childhood.
