dc.descriptionEn la presente investigación se aborda la propuesta de implementar un área de conservación y uso sustentable ACUS en la granja Santa Inés de la UTMACH, aplicando los lineamientos propuestos por el ministerio del ambiente para ACUS privadas. Cabe destacar que el presente estudio fue desarrollado a través de la utilización de diversas metodologías como la metodología de Planificación para la Conservación de Áreas de The Nature Conservancy (TNC), la cual permitió identificar los valores de conservación y proponer estrategias, el Rango de Oportunidades para Visitantes en Áreas protegidas (ROVAP), permitió categorizar las zonas con potencial turístico y la metodología de Bentrup, que fue de ayuda para delimitar las zonas de amortiguamiento. Posterior a ello, se diseñó de un Plan de manejo que permite gestionar de manera estratégica el “ACUS SANTA INES”. Finalmente, se desarrolló un plan de sostenibilidad financiera en donde se puede apreciar el presupuesto estimado para 5 años de funcionamiento del ACUS y las estrategias propuestas para lograr alcanzar un financiamiento a largo plazoes_ES
dc.description.abstractThis research id based on the proposal to implement a conservation and sustainable use area in the Santa Inés farm of the UTMACH, applying the guidelines proposed by the Ministry of the Environment for private ACUS. It should be highlighted that this study was developed through the use of various methodologies such as the Conservation Area Planning methodology, which allowed identifying conservation values and proposing strategies, ROVAP, which allowed categorizing areas with tourism potential, and the Bentrup methodology, which was helpful in delimiting buffer zones. This was followed by the design of a management plan to strategically manage the "ACUS SANTA INES". Finally, a financial sustainability plan was developed, which shows the estimated budget for 5 years of ACUS operation and the strategies proposed to achieve long-term financinges_ES
