Propuesta de implementación de un área de conservación y uso sustentable en la granja Santa Inés de la UTMACH

Abstract

This research id based on the proposal to implement a conservation and sustainable use area in the Santa Inés farm of the UTMACH, applying the guidelines proposed by the Ministry of the Environment for private ACUS. It should be highlighted that this study was developed through the use of various methodologies such as the Conservation Area Planning methodology, which allowed identifying conservation values and proposing strategies, ROVAP, which allowed categorizing areas with tourism potential, and the Bentrup methodology, which was helpful in delimiting buffer zones. This was followed by the design of a management plan to strategically manage the "ACUS SANTA INES". Finally, a financial sustainability plan was developed, which shows the estimated budget for 5 years of ACUS operation and the strategies proposed to achieve long-term financing
