dc.descriptionIntroducción: Los trastornos de la identidad sexual, pertenecen al grupo de las perversiones sexuales, es importante que el medico actué de forma empática, y realizar un correcto manejo integral de estos pacientes, teniendo en cuenta que estos pueden tener ciertas particularidades en su manejo, acorde como se identifiquen sexualmente. Objetivo: Establecer la evaluación integral de los pacientes con trastornos de la identidad en la atención primaria de salud. Método: Se realizó la revisión de literatura científica, en base de datos como: SCIELO, ELSEIVER, PUBMED, COCHRANE Y GUIAS DE PRACTICA CLINICA. Conclusión: Los trastornos de la identidad sexual, conforman un grupo importante dentro de la población tanto nacional, regional y mundial, por ello es importante que el personal médico de atención primaria de salud sepa cuál es el manejo más adecuado y óptimo para estos pacientes, y poder abordarlos de forma integral, y siempre respetando la identidad sexual del pacientees_ES
dc.description.abstractIntroduction: Disorders of sexual identity belong to the group of sexual perversions, it is important that the doctor act in an empathic way, and carry out a correct comprehensive management of these patients, taking into account that they may have certain peculiarities in their management, according to how they identify sexually. Objective: To establish the comprehensive evaluation of patients with identity disorders in primary health care. Method: The review of scientific literature was carried out, in databases such as: SCIELO, ELSEIVER, PUBMED, COCHRANE AND CLINICAL PRACTICE GUIDELINES. Conclusion: Disorders of sexual identity make up an important group within the national, regional and global population, therefore it is important that primary health care medical personnel know what is the most appropriate and optimal management for these patients. and being able to approach them in an integral way, and always respecting the sexual identity of the patient.es_ES
