| dc.description | En el presente trabajo buscamos solucionar los problemas que existen en la planificación de procesos constructivos de una vivienda unifamiliar en la ciudad de Pasaje. En efecto se dará solución a esta problemática generalizada en el medio con una propuesta que busca el mejoramiento continuo con la elaboración de un modelo digital en el que nos basamos en la tecnología BIM, la misma que se fundamenta en la revisión de la simulación del proceso constructivo.
