Abstract
In the present work we seek to solve the problems that exist in the planning of constructive processes of a single-family house in the city of Passage. In effect, this generalized problem will be solved in the middle with a proposal that seeks the continuous improvement with the elaboration of a digital model on which we rely on the BIM technology, the same one that is based on the review of the simulation of the process constructive. This document bases its actions on the different studies carried out in several countries, which have been adapted and merged with the research carried out by the author in the city of Pasaje.

En el presente trabajo buscamos solucionar los problemas que existen en la planificación de procesos constructivos de una vivienda unifamiliar en la ciudad de Pasaje. En efecto se dará solución a esta problemática generalizada en el medio con una propuesta que busca el mejoramiento continuo con la elaboración de un modelo digital en el que nos basamos en la tecnología BIM, la misma que se fundamenta en la revisión de la simulación del proceso constructivo. Este documento fundamenta sus acciones en los diferentes estudios realizados en varios países, los mismos que han sido adaptados y fusionados con la investigación que real izó el autor en la ciudad de Pasaje
