Se han detectado varios conflictos dentro del área administrativa del Hospital lo cual ha causado que los funcionarios tengan un bajo rendimiento en su productividad y un mal desempeño laboral lo cual causa una insatisfacción personal ya que no llegan a cumplir con sus metas establecidas dentro de lo proyectado en la institución. | es_ES |
