dc.descriptionIntroducción: El cáncer gástrico constituye la cuarta causa de muerte por neoplasias a nivel mundial, su etiología es multifactorial; denotando como el principal factor de riesgo al Helicobacter Pylori, se asocian también hábitos tóxicos, alimentación no balanceada, enfermedades genéticas y alteraciones consecuentes que inducen a modificaciones celulares en pacientes incluso menores de 40 años. La identificación de estos y otros factores de riesgo en conjunto con la prevención podrían ayudar a reducir dicha incidencia. Objetivo: Proporcionar información actualizada acerca de los factores de riesgo del cáncer gástrico a través de revisiones bibliográficas de diversos artículos científicos de los últimos cinco años, para brindar las pautas necesarias que permitan una correcta prevención de la enfermedad en atención primaria en salud.es_ES
dc.description.abstractIntroduction: Gastric cancer is the fourth cause of death from neoplasms worldwide, its etiology is multifactorial, denoting Helicobacter Pylori and its oncogenic mechanisms as the main risk factor, toxic habits, unhealthy dietary habits, genetic diseases and alterations are also associated. consequences that induce cellular modifications in patients even under 40 years of age. The identification of these and other risk factors in conjunction with prevention could help reduce said incidence. Objective: To provide updated information about the risk factors for gastric cancer through bibliographic reviews of various scientific articles from the last five years, to provide guidelines that allow correct prevention of the disease in primary health care.es_ES
