| dc.description | El ciberacoso es una forma de agresión en línea que se caracteriza por ser repetitiva y cuyo objetivo es infundir miedo, ira o vergüenza en las víctimas. Puede darse en plataformas como redes sociales, mensajes de texto, juegos online, etc. Sus consecuencias incluyen problemas emocionales y psicológicos en las víctimas como ansiedad, depresión, aislamiento social, afectación de la autoestima e imagen corporal. Para afrontarlo se emplean estrategias como buscar apoyo social, denunciar, bloquear al acosador y mejorar la privacidad en línea. La falta de conocimiento sobre el fenómeno, los escasos protocolos y leyes al respecto dificultan su prevención y abordaje. Se requiere mayor educación, concienciación y soporte emocional para las víctimas, así como normativas que sancionen estos actos. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Cyberbullying is a form of online aggression that is characterized by being repetitive and aimed at instilling fear, anger or embarrassment in victims. It can occur on platforms such as social networks, text messages, online games, etc. Its consequences include emotional and psychological problems in the victims such as anxiety, depression, social isolation, and the affectation of self-esteem and body image. Strategies such as seeking social support, denouncing, blocking the harasser and improving online privacy are used to cope. Lack of knowledge of the phenomenon and the scarce protocols and laws in this regard make it difficult to prevent and address. More education, awareness and emotional support for victims is needed, as well as regulations that sanction these acts. | es_ES |
