Abstract

INTRODUCTION: Hepatitis B, C, D and G are a serious public health problem worldwide, causing 1.3 million deaths during the year of which, Approximately 57% of cases of liver cirrhosis and 78% of cases of primary liver cancer are caused by Hepatitis B or C viruses. The World Health Organization together with the Pan American Health Organization, for Its high rate of morbidity and mortality was declared on July 28, 2010 as the World Day to Fight Hepatitis and PAHO together with the WHO have carried out various strategies to eradicate this type of infection both globally. TARGET: Determine Hepatitis BCD and G in global health through the analysis of various scientific articles and be able to understand about these pathologies to be able to serve as primary care physicians.METHODOLOGY: A descriptive, analytical and observational search was carried out for multiple scientific articles from the PubMed, MEDLINE, SciELO and Elsevier databases, indexed to articles one and two quartiles of the last 5 years.CONCLUSION: The Hepatitis B, C, D and G has a great worldwide distribution, characterized by damage to the liver and in 80% of cases it presents asymptomatically
