Abstract
INTRODUCTION: Hepatitis B, C, D and G are a serious public health problem worldwide, causing 1.3 million deaths during the year of which, Approximately 57% of cases of liver cirrhosis and 78% of cases of primary liver cancer are caused by Hepatitis B or C viruses. The World Health Organization together with the Pan American Health Organization, for Its high rate of morbidity and mortality was declared on July 28, 2010 as the World Day to Fight Hepatitis and PAHO together with the WHO have carried out various strategies to eradicate this type of infection both globally. TARGET: Determine Hepatitis BCD and G in global health through the analysis of various scientific articles and be able to understand about these pathologies to be able to serve as primary care physicians.METHODOLOGY: A descriptive, analytical and observational search was carried out for multiple scientific articles from the PubMed, MEDLINE, SciELO and Elsevier databases, indexed to articles one and two quartiles of the last 5 years.CONCLUSION: The Hepatitis B, C, D and G has a great worldwide distribution, characterized by damage to the liver and in 80% of cases it presents asymptomatically

INTRODUCCIÓN: La Hepatitis B, C, D y G son un grave problema de salud pública a nivel de todo el mundo causando 1.3 millones de muertes durante el año de las cuales, Aproximadamente un 57% de los casos de cirrosis hepática y un 78% de los casos de cáncer primario de hígado son producidos por los virus de la Hepatitis B o C. La Organización Mundial de la Salud junto a la Organización Panamericana de la Salud, por su alta taza de morbimortalidad se declaró el 28 de Julio del 2010 como el día mundial de la lucha contra la hepatitis y la OPS junto con la OMS han realizado diversas estrategias para erradicar este tipo de infección tanto a nivel global. OBJETIVO: Determinar la Hepatitis B C D y G en la salud global mediante el análisis de diversos artículos científicos y poder entender acerca de estas patologías para poder atender como médicos de atención primaria.METODOLOGÍA: Se realizó una búsqueda de tipo descriptivo, analítico y observacional de múltiples artículos científicos de la base de datos PubMed, MEDLINE, SciELO y Elsevier, indexados a artículos cuartil uno y dos de los últimos 5 años.CONCLUSIÓN: La Hepatitis B, C, D y G tiene una gran distribución a nivel mundial, caracterizada por un daño a nivel hepático y en el 80% de los casos se presenta de manera asintomática.
