| dc.description.abstract | En el presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolla de conformidad con los presupuestos establecidos por el sistema de titulación de la Universidad Técnica de Machala previo a la Obtención del Título de Abogado de la Juzgados y Tribunales de la República del Ecuador, cuyo tema de investigación es LAS GARANTÍAS JURISDICCIONALES Y LA RESPONSABILIDAD DEL ESTADO DE LA INTEGRIDAD FÍSICA DE LOS REOS; trabajo que presenta el análisis de las normas constitucionales que regulan los derechos de las personas privadas de su libertad, determinando la inclusión de este grupo en los de atención prioritaria que establece la misma norma fundamental; así mismo, se analiza el caso concreto desde el punto de vista de los derechos del reo y la reparación integral de sus derechos vulnerados. | es_ES |
