Abstract
En el presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolla de conformidad con los presupuestos establecidos por el sistema de titulación de la Universidad Técnica de Machala previo a la Obtención del Título de Abogado de la Juzgados y Tribunales de la República del Ecuador, cuyo tema de investigación es LAS GARANTÍAS JURISDICCIONALES Y LA RESPONSABILIDAD DEL ESTADO DE LA INTEGRIDAD FÍSICA DE LOS REOS; trabajo que presenta el análisis de las normas constitucionales que regulan los derechos de las personas privadas de su libertad, determinando la inclusión de este grupo en los de atención prioritaria que establece la misma norma fundamental; así mismo, se analiza el caso concreto desde el punto de vista de los derechos del reo y la reparación integral de sus derechos vulnerados.
Description
In the present work of investigation is developed in accordance with the budgets established by the system of titling of the Technical University of Machala previous to the Obtention of the Title of Lawyer of the Courts and Tribunals of the Republic of Ecuador, whose subject of investigation is LAS JURISDICTIONAL GUARANTEES AND THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STATE OF THE PHYSICAL INTEGRITY OF THE REOS; Work that presents the analysis of the constitutional norms that regulate the rights of the persons deprived of their freedom, determining the inclusion of this group in those of priority attention that establishes the same fundamental norm; Likewise, it analyzes the concrete case from the point of view of the rights of the inmate and the integral reparation of their violated rights.
