| dc.description | La historia clínica es una herramienta médico-legal que abarca la evolución del control y las enfermedades que hayan transcurrido desde el nacimiento hasta la muerte del paciente la misma que debe constar toda la información completa como anamnesis, examen físico, signos vitales, exámenes de laboratorio e imágenes y tratamientos recibidos. En la presente investigación tiene como objetivo identificar los factores que incide en la calidad de información de las historias clínicas del IESS hospital general Machala durante el mes de julio a diciembre del 2017, para mejorar la atención al paciente mediante la valoración adecuada de patologías y generar diagnóstico y tratamiento adecuado. | es_ES |
