Análisis de la calidad de historias clínicas del IESS hospital general de Machala, durante el mes de julio a diciembre del 2017

Abstract

The medical history is a medical-legal tool that encompasses the evolution of the control and the diseases that have elapsed from the birth until the death of the patient the same that must be recorded all the complete information like anamnesis, physical examination, Vital signs, laboratory tests and images and treatments receiver. The objective of this research is to identify the factors that affect the quality of information of the clinical histories of the IESS hospital General Machala during the month of July to December of 2017, to improve the attention to the patient by the adequate evaluation of pathologies and to generate diagnosis and adequate treatment.
