| dc.description | Este proyecto explora la importancia del manejo de las habilidades gerenciales en las organizaciones pymes del cantón Machala tales como la comunicación y el liderazgo mismas que influyen directamente en el rendimiento y competitividad de las organizaciones ante un mercado tan cambiante actualmente a su vez identificar como pueden los gerentes capacitar a sus colaboradores para aumentar la productividad de las pymes de este sector permitiendo que los lideres fortalezcan sus destrezas y cumplan de forma eficiente la comunicación y motivación con cada uno de los miembros de las organización, a su vez tomar decisiones asertivas para el bien común de la empresa.
