dc.descriptionLa presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar las formalidades aduaneras que se aplicaran en calidad de empresas navieras internacionales de carga o portacontenedores que han sufrido de averías dentro del territorio ecuatoriano, donde se dará a conocer el uso de los regímenes aduaneros para la liberación de tributos de un producto que será objeto de reparación. Se realizó entonces una investigación descriptiva, donde se analizaron artículos científicos y normativas vigentes, y de esta manera se pudo obtener información clave que ayudarán a especificar los proceso aduanero elegible que para el caso amerite, así mismo, identificar las formalidades que se deben cumplir respecto a la normativa nacional.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this research is to determine the customs formalities that will be applied as international cargo shipping companies or container ships that have suffered from breakdowns within the Ecuadorian territory, where the use of customs regimes for the release of taxes will be announced. a product that will be repaired. A descriptive investigation was then carried out, where scientific articles and current regulations were analyzed, and in this way it was possible to obtain key information that will help specify the eligible customs process that merits the case, likewise, identify the formalities that must be fulfilled regarding national regulations.es_ES
