Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the customs formalities that will be applied as international cargo shipping companies or container ships that have suffered from breakdowns within the Ecuadorian territory, where the use of customs regimes for the release of taxes will be announced. a product that will be repaired. A descriptive investigation was then carried out, where scientific articles and current regulations were analyzed, and in this way it was possible to obtain key information that will help specify the eligible customs process that merits the case, likewise, identify the formalities that must be fulfilled regarding national regulations.
