| dc.description | El trastorno de ansiedad generalizada, es una de las patologías más comunes en la población mundial. Afecta la calidad de vida del ser humano, presenta un cuadro de ansiedad excesivo marcado por síntomas fisiológicos como ritmo cardíaco acelerado, inquietud motora, sudoración excesiva y también se incluyen a nivel cognitivo pensamientos rumiantes que provocan incertidumbre. Existen diversos factores que se relacionan y que dan origen a un TAG. Uno de los más influyentes es la personalidad, un desajuste en esta armonía, puede dar a paso al desarrollo de cualquier patología afectivo o emocional que repercute directamente en las áreas de funcionalidad de un sujeto. | es_ES |

It affects the quality of life of the human being, it presents a picture of excessive anxiety marked by physiological symptoms such as accelerated heart rate, motor restlessness, excessive sweating and also included at a cognitive level ruminative thoughts that cause uncertainty. There are several related factors that give rise to GAD.
