dc.description.abstractEl objetivo general del presente trabajo de titulación buscó determinar si en el proceso penal llevado en contra de LEONCIO ZILVANO NIEVES VEGA por el delito de lesiones culposas en tránsito, que tuvo como víctima y acusadora particular a MARIELA DE JESÚS MORENO JUMBO, se debió haber sustanciado como Lesiones dolosas en virtud de presentar en la conducta del infractor, dolo eventual y no culpa como atribuyó el Fiscal.es_ES
