Abstract
El objetivo general del presente trabajo de titulación buscó determinar si en el proceso penal llevado en contra de LEONCIO ZILVANO NIEVES VEGA por el delito de lesiones culposas en tránsito, que tuvo como víctima y acusadora particular a MARIELA DE JESÚS MORENO JUMBO, se debió haber sustanciado como Lesiones dolosas en virtud de presentar en la conducta del infractor, dolo eventual y no culpa como atribuyó el Fiscal.
Description
The overall objective of this study sought to determine whether titling in criminal proceedings brought against LEONCIO ZILVANO VEGA NIEVES on charges of negligent injury in transit, held as private prosecutor and victim JESUS MORENO MARIELA JUMBO, he should have been substantiated as grievous bodily harm under present in the conduct of the offender, and no possible fraud and attributed blame as the prosecutor.
