Análisis De La Conservación Y Mantenimiento En Viviendas Tipo Miduvi Caso Parroquia San Antonio Cantón Santa Rosa

Abstract

La vivienda es un derecho al que todos tienen acceso, por ello los estados constitucionales analizan su déficit habitacional para promover campañas e intentar reducirlo. Los programas de vivienda ayudan a muchas familias, pero el crecimiento poblacional aumenta, así que los incentivos económicos brindados por los estados no se reflejan con mucha claridad con respecto al déficit habitacional. Las viviendas tipo MIDUVI construidas en la parroquia San Antonio, sobresalen entorno a la calidad de vida de los habitantes, sin embargo las viviendas sufren deterioro en la estructura y estética, necesitando un uso correcto de los elementos, para conservarlas y mantenerlas en condiciones habitables, cumpliendo con la vida útil proyectada. Se analiza las viviendas tipo MIDUVI, observando su situación actual y se propone un “Manual” para su conservación y mantenimiento. El desarrollo de este trabajo se elaboró mediante un diseño de investigación No Experimental de forma Transeccional Correlacional/Casual, recopilando información en las viviendas tipo MIDUVI de la parroquia San Antonio, fortaleciendo la investigación con una fotografía. Habiendo escogido una muestra de quince viviendas para el análisis se obtuvo que las viviendas tipo MIDUVI en la parroquia San Antonio tienen inconvenientes en las paredes puesto que presentan fisuras, así mismo, con los aparatos sanitarios y grifería que son cambiados frecuentemente. Las actividades de conservación y mantenimiento en las viviendas tipo MIDUVI de la parroquia San Antonio, son las siguientes: limpieza del polvo en ventanas y puertas; cambio de mecanismos de electricidad y sanitarios; enlucido, pintado y limpieza de paredes; limpieza de los residuos de la vivienda cuidando la salud y bienestar. Los daños producidos por la falta de conservación y mantenimiento en las viviendas tipo MIDUVI de la parroquia San Antonio, se presentan en las paredes interiores y exteriores; el piso de cerámica; el techo; en el cuarto de baño.

ABSTRACT The housing is a right to which all have access, by this constitutional states analyzed its housing deficit to promote campaigns and try to reduce it. The housing programs help many families, but the population growth increases, so that the economic incentives provided by the states are not reflected with great clarity with regard to the housing deficit. The housing type MIDUVI built in the parish of San Antonio, protrude environment to the quality of life of the inhabitants, however the homes suffer deterioration in the structure and aesthetics, requiring a correct use of the elements, to preserve them and keep them in habitable condition, complying with the projected useful life. It is analyzed the housing type MIDUVI, noting its current situation and proposes a "Manual" for their preservation and maintenance. The development of this work was developed through a no-experimental research design so transectional correlational/Casual, collecting information in the homes type MIDUVI of the parish San Antonio, strengthening the investigation with a photograph. Having chosen a sample of fifteen homes for the analysis it was found that the housing type MIDUVI in the parish of San Antonio have drawbacks in the walls as they show cracks, likewise, with medical equipment and fittings that are changed frequently. The activities of conservation and maintenance in the housing type MIDUVI of the parish San Antonio, are the following: cleaning of dust on windows and doors; change of mechanisms of electricity and health; plastering, painted and cleaning of walls; cleaning of residues of the housing taking care of the health and well-being. The damage caused by the lack of maintenance and upkeep in the homes type MIDUVI of the parish San Antonio, are presented in the outer and inner walls; the ceramic floor; the roof; in the bathroom.
