Abstract

The globalization of the internet in the world transformed the activity of the human being, communication is not exempt and has had to adapt to users, who every day demand innovation, quality of content, but above all that they accompany an accelerated pace of life. , hectic, where time is the main factor. In this context, with the need to attract new listeners and keep their attention, a new journalistic audio format called PODCAST is born. Same as offering the facility to download its contents from the web to be listened to in free time. In this proposal, the way of communicating evolves, with a fresher, more spontaneous, jovial format, achieving a more intimate connection with the listener, where the essence of journalism is maintained through its different genres, which UNESCO has called like the reinvention of radio.
