The accounting systems, depending on the fact that technological development is increasing and that everything becomes increasingly systematized, is becoming a fundamental part of the operations of the companies because they allow you to organize all the processes and obtain the information in a more efficient. Therefore, it is vitally important to know the productivity of each of the elements within the software and to be able to verify that they work according to the needs of the business. The objective is to be able to know each one of the elements of the accounting system with which the company develops each one of the processes, and to analyze if the modules that are available provide the necessary information to each department with which it can execute and control each one of the activities from its initial phase of production to the final phase of sale and inventory control. The investigation that will be carried out is of a descriptive type where the operation of the Fenix P system will be verified, and the productivity of the modules used most frequently in the company's operations will be analyzed, while alternatives with different software that allow you to improve each of the processes. In order for the system to function properly, it is also vitally important to identify the information security policies with which those responsible for information management can abide, while at the same time knowing each of their prohibitions and sanctions.
