La formación de docentes de idioma inglés para incentivar un aprendizaje creativo en los estudiantes

Abstract

This research examines the relationship between the training of teachers of the English language and the development of creative learning in students, it is based on various factors in order to propose a teacher training strategy that improves creative learning in English of students of the Second Level of the Institute of Languages belonging to the Center for Continuing Education of the Technical University of Machala, through the application of investigative methods such as: observation, survey and interview. This research is based on the design of participatory action research of an explanatory type, in turn, makes use of qualitative methodology with hermeneutic epistemological approach. Additionally, it has a population of four teachers from the Institute of Languages, who fulfill their tasks at different times (morning, evening and night). In relation to the needs presented by the virtual modality, a teacher training strategy has been developed in order to promote the creative learning of students, thus allowing students to acquire autonomy, originality, creativity and above all dynamic understanding of the topics.
