Reestructuración de créditos en la provincia de El Oro, como medida excepcional, para obligaciones financieras incumplidas, debido al Covid 19.

Abstract

The present work is focused on restructuring credits in the province of El Oro, as an exceptional measure, for unfulfilled financial obligations, due to COVID 19, in order to analyze and establish what are the benefits and harms of restructuring credits in the provinces of El Oro. financial entities subject to the control of the Superintendence of Banks, for which the method of documentary analysis was used as a methodology, supported by sources of scientific information and official publications of the regulatory entities of the country's financial sector, in addition to the deductive method that allowed generating the respective conclusions; On the other hand, for the resolution of the practical reagent, several financial mathematical formulas were applied that allowed the elaboration of the respective amortization tables of the two scenarios proposed, which are the initial credit requested by the client (pre-pandemic) and the subsequent restructured credit with the new modifications. Adjusted to the current conditions of the client so as not to affect their financial health. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of credit restructuring with financial entities are listed, allowing readers to make better decisions according to their cash flows, taking the results of the investigation as a guide.
