Abstract

The present research project entitled "Graph plastic techniques and the development of fine motor skills" had as a general objective to analyze the theoretical foundations of graph plastic techniques that guarantee the development of fine motor skills in children aged 4 to 5 years through the application of methodological strategies in the CDI Esilda Ugarte de Muñoz. For the approach of the problem, the following research question was asked: What are the theoretical foundations of the graphoplastic techniques that guarantee the fine motor skills of children aged 4 to 5 years? It is important to mention the relevance of plastic graph techniques during the child's educational process, the same one that helps to strengthen fine motor skills and their creative capacity, verifying in the same way the hypothesis raised at the beginning of the development of the investigation, there is a close relationship between the study variables. The methodology used for the development of the project was of a quantitative nature, since the study problem was statistically verified, with a descriptive approach it was possible to describe the observed phenomena without directly intervening, the level of research used in the development of this project is non-experimental , since there was no manipulation of the study variables; The instruments applied were an observation guide that was applied to 30 children in a virtual way, in the same way, a questionnaire with closed questions that was applied to 40 parents through the Google Forms platform and a questionnaire with open questions that was made to two teachers of Initial Education II by e-mail. The results of the investigation showed that children show difficulty in grasping certain everyday materials such as pencil, crayon, scissors and brush, likewise, with the development of various plastic graph techniques, from this an integrating proposal could be proposed, A methodological guide was made with plastic graph techniques for the development of fine motor skills, based on the theory of Lowenfeld and Piaget, which contains several activities based on the difficulties encountered.
