La enseñanza aprendizaje de los fundamentos técnicos del voleibol en niños de básica media de la Unidad Educativa Héroes de Jambelí

Abstract

This integrating project focuses on the subject of Teaching-Learning of the Technical Foundations of Volleyball in Middle School Children of the Héroes de Jambelí Educational Unit, its objective was oriented to Determine the technical foundations to develop the practice of volleyball in the basic middle school in the heroes of Jambelí educational unit, in addition to proposing methodological strategies that facilitate the knowledge of technical foundations as tools to develop the institutionalized sports practice of volleyball in students of General Basic Middle Education. The data collection was based on the qualitative Non-experimental Descriptive Approach, based on a descriptive methodology, managing to diagnose the reality in the Jambelí High School, on the limitations at the time of putting into practice that teachers have in this subject, causing what causes the hindrance of the students when executing the practice, which harms the teaching-learning process, the strengthening of this activity will allow to provide certain strategies that allow the internalization and the incentive to the collective participation of the students before, during and after the planned activities. The methods with the highest incidence in this investigation is the Descriptive Non-experimental and others that were integrated as auxiliary, such as, the comparative and the bibliographic, the same that contributed significantly in the compilation of the information that complement the specific objectives and these, in turn, contribute to the general objective, which were written to cover related aspects with the literary review, with the field research and finally substantiate the integrative proposal, which served as a contribution to the educational institution that facilitated access to carry out the investigation. In relation to the sample, the Physical Education teacher and the Vice Chancellor in charge of the Academic Board were considered. The information collection instrument was based on an interview composed of eight dimensions that helped to build this research,The analysis of the results in the survey shows that there is a clear domain of this sporting practice by the teacher and the Vice Chancellor, specifying that the lack of knowledge of this sporting activity. For the foregoing and responding to the third specific objective, the integrative proposal was defined that was aimed at strengthening the knowledge of the teacher of General Basic Education on the technical foundations of the practice of volleyball through a methodological guide as a contribution to the improvement of the Metacognitive competencies of the Physical Education teacher from their own practice, comprehensive teaching in the initiation of volleyball. The proposal was made up of four implementation phases aimed at, the physical education teacher and the Vice Chancellor of the educational institution, In addition, the logistical resources and the assessment of the feasibility were included with the dimensions, technical, economic, social and environmental, demonstrating the capacity to achieve the objectives of the proposal, determining the viability and material capacities available to the executing parties of the proposal
