Abstract

The purpose of this work is to meet the objectives of the practical part of the complex, for which the preparation of the Budget and schedules with Project, of the Project ,Rehabilitation of the Pagua Irrigation System, of the Guabo canton, El Oro province has been proposed. For the development, an analysis of unit prices APU was elaborated, of the items that are involved in the execution of this project, with the results obtained the work budget was created, As the next concatenated step, the polynomial formula that is used for the price readjustment was carried out, the type crew to determine the workforce for the execution of this project, In addition, the work scheduling was carried out with the help of Microsoft Project software, in which the predecessor activities and project execution time were established, this allowed us to develop the schedules of, valued work, physical progress, equipment and labor, With which the requirements for the use of machinery, number of workers and quantities of material to be used in the Rehabilitation of the Pagua Irrigation system were determined. With this contribution it is expected to obtain the optimal values for the development of the Project.
