La neurosis obsesiva y el abordaje psicoterapéutico psicoanalítico del caso hombre de los lobos

Abstract

Psychoanalysis is one of the branches with more affluence within the field of psychology, there are different points of view and discussions throughout history, it has important precursors that support such therapeutic practice as Freud, Lacan, among others. On the other hand, obsessional neurosis is an important mental disorder to analyze within psychoanalysis since it has its main origin in the field of the Ego, Ego and Superego, which are relevant structures. The objective of this research is to establish the psychotherapeutic approach from the psychoanalytic orientation for Obsessive Neurosis, describing this pathology and its possible treatment through solution strategies to be considered. The methodology applied in the research was based on an exhaustive bibliographic review of descriptive type and of reliable and trustworthy sources, such as scientific articles and current books specialized in the corresponding field. The works cited coincide in the importance of clarifying the pathologies developed in the patient and addressing relevant aspects such as the symptom, psychosis, hysteria, sexuality, perversion, among others, in order to clarify the study, in addition, according to the findings found in this investigation, these agree that this case focuses on the conflicts that arise from the dilemma that the patient has in relation to the drives, sexual desires and regressive fixations in the maternal area, being thus a possible solution the therapy from the psychoanalysis with the appropriate techniques and also accompany it with the necessary medication to be controlled.
