Abstract

The dedication to study of school children is the result of multiple aspects, such as the individual study preferences that each one has. This research is responsible for studying how teachers can operate with the learning styles of their students so that their dedication to study and consequently their dedication to it improve. The research offers a response to the weaknesses found in the academic behavior of young schoolchildren at the Upper Basic level of the Millennium Educational Unit “Gral. Eloy Alfaro Delgado ”and they want to get them to dedicate more time to study time to study; Therefore, a methodological strategy was developed that offers a guide to help the teacher on how to work the different styles for the improvement of academic performance, contributing with the strategy to Teachers and students to work according to their different styles, aspects that motivate their growth and allow the development of strengths and capacities.
