Diseño de sitio web educativo para la interacción colaborativa en los estudiantes de primero bachillerato del Colegio Nelly Aguirre Cárdenas

Abstract

"This research work was conducted at the ""Nelly Aguirre Cárdenas"" High School located in the province of El Oro in the canton of Santa Rosa, in the parish of Bellamaria, with the students of the first year of high school parallel ""A"" in the subject of Programming and Database, in the school year 2020-2021. The main purpose of the research is to analyze the educational web application as a method to improve the collaborative learning of first year high school students; through the implementation of the educational web page it was possible to include different contents that facilitate the learning of students about programming, through educational tools, which will strengthen the academic performance of students through the platforms Kahoot, Educaplay, Padlet, Mentimeter, Miro, Nearpod, Canva and Lucidchart. The main objective of the educational website is to provide students with a more dynamic and collaborative learning, where they can easily access all the sections and sections that the website has, which are: documents, videos, tasks and activities, this will allow them to strengthen their learning and have a feedback of the contents through pedagogical reinforcements. Through this research, the ADDIE methodology was used for the construction and implementation of the proposal. This methodology is widely used in the technological field and in the development of this type of computer applications, particularly in the educational field. As a research approach, qualitative and quantitative research was used; for the qualitative approach, data collection was carried out in a non-numerical way in which the information was investigated, observed and detailed, which allowed to know the results; in relation to the quantitative approach, it is based on the research techniques which measure the predetermined variables through data collection in numerical and statistical measurement. As results of the investigation, it was possible to know that the proposed educational web page was well accepted by the teacher and the students, which was of great help to approach in a simple and collaborative way the different topics covered in the subject of programming and database, achieving in this way the positive fulfillment of the educational objectives of both the subjects of the subject and the investigative work. After the meetings scheduled for the presentation of the prototype, it was possible to introduce many of the suggestions given by both the responsible teacher and the students who addressed the research, creating new collaborative spaces through the technology tool ""Nellytech"" which is a web page that will be very helpful in the subject of programming and database which will allow students to have a better educational performance in their classes, since each content managed to be well structured and adaptable to the needs of students. Finally, the contents and activities in the educational web page were carried out and structured in a correct way in such a way that it had a good acceptance by the students and teachers, which could be seen the good acceptance and the desire to be able to use the web page in their classes."
