Abstract

Integrated accounting systems are a strategic tool to enhance administrative management to excellence, they make it possible to have a comprehensive vision of the company from the financial and accounting fields and with the control entities; That is why, Camullague Cia. Ltda. dedicated to the exploitation of shrimp farms, felt the need to adapt a system that allows the processing, transformation and storage of data to streamline processes and consolidate information in real time, in such a way that it is possible to obtain accurate and updated reports, to make quick and correct decisions, thus achieving the desired success. In this paper we will analyze in detail the impact that the implementation of the Acosux accounting system has had on decision-making and the fulfillment of its objectives, indicating the importance of managing its operations. The method applied in the research is the descriptive-qualitative one, it is intended to identify and describe based on its current situation the result of the actions used, therefore, in the technique applied to obtain information that allows us to support our research is It featured an interview with the manager of the company in question, who from his perspective made us aware of the impact that gender has on the optimization of resources and its productivity. Unifying data and integrating information systems in a safe and reliable way in administrative processes guarantees us the management of resources in an efficient and effective way.
