Abstract

Financing for companies is of great importance since it helps them to capitalize, so when requesting them you must guarantee guarantees by means of proof of their equity status, a loan for companies means future growth in this way can be maintained in the different markets, another way of expressing the financing is to mention that it is recognized as a financial resource which to materialize investment projects, be these in the medium and long term, as in the case of Empresa Universitaria SA that needs to start manufacturing vaccines to COVID 19, which is why the study objective is to analyze the alternatives that the management of the company Universidad SA has when acquiring financing, to carry out this study the bibliographic, descriptive and qualitative method is used, using as a reference the criterion of various authors of scientific journals and the analysis of tools such as gest ion, which will result in us making the best financing decision by management, advised by its accountant, the study concludes knowing the importance of financing to be able to reach the success of companies, as is the case of Empresa Universitaria SA to start the manufacture of Covid 19 vaccines.
