Análisis de regímenes aduaneros para la importación de acero inoxidable para el sector metalmecánico

Abstract

The research is based on the analysis of customs regimes for the importation of inputs, where stainless steel bars were included as an input for the metalworking sector, the important terms that intervene with the import process were conceptualized, taking into account the agreements trade and the benefits that exist between Ecuador and Peru, Peru being the country from which the input will be imported. In addition, two precise references were taken, one from Ecuador which is the interested country and the price of the Peruvian company Inamesa where the import calculations were made with and without tariff preferences, resulting in an economic benefit for the importer, thus generating a cost differentiation strategy.
