Abstract

For the development of the research it was necessary to describe the importance and impact of the banana sector, an analysis was carried out to know the current situation of the company to know what are the parameters on which the banana company sustains, thus having defined where we are and where we want to go with the aim of proposing an improvement plan, a study of the most important aspects of the 5S philosophy was carried out, which served to develop an organizational structure based on the philosophy that will be applied in order to obtain good results , the information was obtained through direct observation, everything described was obtained from exploratory and descriptive research, consequently the shortcomings of the banana company were revealed as it was evidenced that the management of the productive-administrative processes were developed empirically because they lacked an organizational structure, consequently little ace results ptables, with the development of "Proposal for the improvement of production processes through the study of the 5S in the banana company Tandazo Doresilda", allowed the optimization and organization of production processes as a result, better results were obtained that allow continuous improvement and increase your competitiveness.
