| Descripción : | El presente trabajo investigativo se realizó con el propósito; analizar la operatividad de la organización mediante la aplicación de los procesos del método GTD para aumentar la eficacia y la productividad. El tipo de investigación que se realizo es de campo permitiendo analizar sistemáticamente el problema, describir e interpretar su naturaleza, lo que permitieron recabar información de los hechos utilizando las técnicas de investigación como; la observación y la entrevista no estructura, empleando como instrumentos la observación libre y la libreta de notas, se analizaron diferentes artículos publicados en base de datos indexadas ,que se constituyeron en los fundamentos y bases conceptuales para la construcción del objeto de la investigación; se procedió a resolver el caso práctico, con la aplicación del modelo GTD optimiza los tiempos, recursos y se maximiza nivel de productividad de la empresa; en conclusión se ha determinado que las causas que generaban deficiencias y cuellos de botella, era la falta de operarios que se necesitan en esta actividad, tiempo improductivo en la operatividad que desempeñan, ineficaz control administrativo, por tanto, con la aplicación del modelo GTD permitió demostrar un aumento en la organización personal y profesional. |
| Resumen : | This research work was carried out for the purpose; analyze the operability of the organization by applying the GTD method processes to increase efficiency and productivity. The type of investigation that was carried out is of field allowing to systematically analyze the problem, describe and interpret its nature, which allowed to gather information of the facts using the investigation techniques such as; the observation and the non-structured interview, using as instruments the free observation and the notebook, different articles published in indexed data were analyzed, which were constituted in the foundations and conceptual bases for the construction of the object of the investigation; the practical case was resolved, with the application of the GTD model, it optimizes the times, resources and maximizes the company's productivity level; In conclusion, it has been determined that the causes that generated deficiencies and bottlenecks, were the lack of operators that are needed in this activity, unproductive time in the operation they perform, inefficient administrative control, therefore, with the application of the GTD model allowed Demonstrate an increase in personal and professional organization. |
