Aplicación del método GTD para optimizar la productividad en las organizaciones.

Abstract

This research work was carried out for the purpose; analyze the operability of the organization by applying the GTD method processes to increase efficiency and productivity. The type of investigation that was carried out is of field allowing to systematically analyze the problem, describe and interpret its nature, which allowed to gather information of the facts using the investigation techniques such as; the observation and the non-structured interview, using as instruments the free observation and the notebook, different articles published in indexed data were analyzed, which were constituted in the foundations and conceptual bases for the construction of the object of the investigation; the practical case was resolved, with the application of the GTD model, it optimizes the times, resources and maximizes the company's productivity level; In conclusion, it has been determined that the causes that generated deficiencies and bottlenecks, were the lack of operators that are needed in this activity, unproductive time in the operation they perform, inefficient administrative control, therefore, with the application of the GTD model allowed Demonstrate an increase in personal and professional organization.
