Abstract

In the present case "Analysis of the logistic risks related to the international transport of goods by land to Chile", the operations of international trade are determined, as well as the importance of the means of transport by road since it is indispensable for the Cargo mobilization especially when it comes to geographically close countries, companies that sell their products across the border require the services of logistics operators, which should take into account the possible risks that may arise with the merchandise. It must be considered that countries have agreements for the circulation of means of transport. For its part, Chile has adopted regulations that establish the obligations and rights of international transport, thus favoring commercial relations between the countries belonging to MERCOSUR. This paper aims to analyze the possible logistical risks that can be faced when handling the merchandise when it is transported by land. The methodology used in the present case is the analytical method, which consists of decomposing a compound whole and studying its parts separately, by reviewing bibliographic sources, scientific articles, specialized journals related to cargo handling and mobilization in International transport. This investigation will demonstrate as a result what the importance of the means of transport is and the risks associated with merchandise destined for Chile.
