Importancia de las pruebas de diagnostico clínico en el control de pacientes hipertensos con fallo renal

Abstract

The present investigation consists in carrying out an analysis of the relationship between clinical diagnostic tests and their importance in the management of hypertensive patients with renal failure. Arterial hypertension is considered one of the main causes of renal failure and affects the renal arteries, which causes a decrease in glomerular filtration. The objective set out in this paper is to establish the importance of diagnostic tests, treatment and symptomatology of hypertensive patients. For the development of this research, a descriptive study of a bibliographic nature was carried out based on the review of scientific articles with information regarding the subject under study, giving way to a critical analysis that allows the objective to be fulfilled. Establishing the relationship of symptoms and laboratory tests (creatinine, urea and glucose) in hypertensive patients with renal failure.
