dc.descriptionLa presente investigación, consiste en realizar un análisis de la relación que guardan las pruebas de diagnóstico clínico y su importancia en el manejo de pacientes hipertensos con fallo renal. La hipertensión arterial es considerada como uno de las principales causas de insuficiencia renal y que afecta a las arterias renales, lo que causa una disminución en la filtración glomerular. El objetivo trazado en el presente trabajo es el de establecer la importancia de las pruebas de diagnóstico, tratamiento y sintomatología de pacientes hipertenso. Para el desarrollo de esta investigación se realizó un estudio descriptivo de carácter bibliográfico basado en la revisión de artículos científicos con información referente al tema en estudio, dando paso a un análisis crítico que permita el cumplimiento del objetivo planteado. Estableciendo la relación de los síntomas y de las pruebas de laboratorio (creatinina, urea y glucosa) en pacientes hipertensos con fallo renal.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present investigation consists in carrying out an analysis of the relationship between clinical diagnostic tests and their importance in the management of hypertensive patients with renal failure. Arterial hypertension is considered one of the main causes of renal failure and affects the renal arteries, which causes a decrease in glomerular filtration. The objective set out in this paper is to establish the importance of diagnostic tests, treatment and symptomatology of hypertensive patients. For the development of this research, a descriptive study of a bibliographic nature was carried out based on the review of scientific articles with information regarding the subject under study, giving way to a critical analysis that allows the objective to be fulfilled. Establishing the relationship of symptoms and laboratory tests (creatinine, urea and glucose) in hypertensive patients with renal failure.es_ES
