Abstract

The integrity of the human being has been the cause of strengthening policies worldwide that guarantee the freedom and security of each individual, being the Universal Declaration of Human Rights the most important document in the world and that from its publication is point reference for all legislative documents of individuals and States, through this Bibliographic Research work it is intended in the first instance to conceptualize the generalities of Human Rights and subsequently conceive it as an approach on which their intervention is based on Social Work professionals, which as a professional discipline It intends to always satisfy in an integral way the needs that are presented with the individual or in a social group and from the reflection to be able to delimit how its actions develop in the intervention processes that can be carried out with children and adolescents, being a priority group and focus of inter s superior right to other individuals because of their state of physical and psychological vulnerability therefore requires that the practice of social worker is aimed at protecting their inherent rights.
